Pets
Pets are a privelege, not a right. Please respect other residents and their peaceful and quiet enjoyment of Urban Exchange. A pet station is located on Water Street in front of Urban Exchange with bags for pet waste disposal. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to do your part to maintain a healthy environment.
Smoking
Although we do not currently enforce a no smoking policy in each apartment, we strongly suggest that you smoke outside the building so that the smell of cigarette smoke does not become an issue with your neighbors. Additionally, please do not smoke in the corridors or in any other common area inside the building.
Outdoor Furniture
Outdoor furniture may not be kept on the Plaza area. If you wish to keep outdoor furniture on your balcony it must be designed for outdoor use, adhere to the general aesthetic appearance of Urban Exchange, and be of substantial weight to prevent injuries under high winds. Urban Exchange management reserves the right to approve or disapprove any/all outdoor furniture. |
