Parking
2009-10 Parking Policy
The following parking policy will be in effect for approximately one year (roughly the first term of each lease) but is subject to change at any time.
- Through most of the summer, the access control gates will not be installed on the parking garages, and thus all residents may park in the parking garage.
- Until retail tenants occupy the Market Street retail space, residents may park in the surface level parking lot behind the Leasing Office.
- It is never permissible for residents or visitors to park in Muhlenberg Lutheran Church parking lot.
- Your visitors should be encouraged to park in the City parking decks on Mason Street or Water Street.
- Once the access control gates have been installed on the park garages, one numbered parking permit will be distributed for each parking space in the two levels of structured parking underneath Urban Exchange. These permits will be distributed as follows:
- Resident(s) of each studio apartment will be issued one permit.
- Resident(s) of each one bedroom apartment will be issued one permit.
- Resident(s) of each two-bedroom apartment will be issued one permit.
- Resident(s) of each two-bedroom apartment with a den will be issued two permit.
- Resident(s) of each three-bedroom apartment will be issued two permits.
- Resident(s) of each loft apartment will be issued two permits.
