Lounge
The lounge on the second floor of the West Wing overlooks the mail room on the first floor and is home to a book share program for Urban Exchange residents.
Gym
The gym is open 24 x 7 to Urban Exchange residents.
- Use your building key to access the gym.
- Please clean the equipment after you use it.
- Please do not remove any items from the gym.
- Please report any malfunctioning equipment to management.
- Use the gym and all gym equipment at your own risk.
The Apex
The Apex is the large meeting room on the fourth floor of the West Wing, featuring a kitchen. The Apex will be available by reservation only, and there may be a charge associated with the use of this room. To make a reservation please contact Mary Messerley at mary@LiveUE.com or 877-548-3831.
Plaza
The Plaza features a variety of landscaping and seating areas.
