Urban Exchange includes 194 studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom condos in two wings. Interested in renting a condo at Urban Exchange? Start by filling out a Lease Application, and reviewing the Rental Price List. After your application has been approved, we can finalize the condo that you will rent, and other lease terms such as start/end dates, price, deposits, etc. The application fee must be paid by check, money order or cashiers check. Lease rates include cable, internet service, one reserved space in the parking garage with access to the elevator. Pets are permitted with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee. Furniture packages are available with an additional monthly fee.
